How it works.
Step 1
Contact us via the web site or via email or by phone if you would prefer and give us your preferred contact details. At this stage you are merely registering an “interest” and you will not be charged any fee; so if you have any questions or concerns which are not covered on the web site; please feel free to ask.
Step 2
Once we have received your details; we will make an appointment to come and see you for a one-to-one either at your home or workplace; whichever you prefer. This meeting is designed to gain as much information as possible about you; to help us get an idea of your personality, interests, goals and passions in life. Our interviewer may ask many questions but this will be done in a relaxed and informal conversational manner in surroundings where you feel comfortable.
We will explain and discuss with you our different levels of service to ensure we agree the option that best-suits your needs. We can also create an individually tailored package to suit your specific requirements; making the whole process as flexible as possible. The key objective here is to give you choices and help you make the final decisions throughout.
The final part of this stage is for everyone’s peace of mind and safety; we will ask to see some photographic identification (passport, driving licence etc) a current utility bill or bank statement. We will also take a file photo of you; this and any personal details will be kept purely for our records and will not be passed on to any third party without your express permission; we are registered for Data Protection legislation.
Step 3
Once we have agreed your personal package; we can start to put your profile together for you. You will have full control over what is said in the profile; we will submit draft version(s) for your approval seeking to portray you in the best possible light. This profile can be updated, tweaked and modified throughout the time you remain our client; it is your profile.
As part of our service; a professionally taken portrait photograph will be arranged (via separate appointment) and included in your profile, giving you the opportunity to look your very best. Experience shows that this is one of the most important features in a person’s profile; for both men and women so it is vitally important that your photograph represents you properly. We have stylists and professional consultants on hand should you require any assistance or guidance in this area but this would be at additional cost.
Step 4
Once we have finalised your profile and further discussed your needs; we will present you with as many potential matches as possible; allowing you to decide which you would like to know more about. These profiles will comprise your short-list prompting us to gather more information on these individuals and if he/she has not been interviewed by us previously; we will visit them at their home or place of work.
Once we have all the information we need from the individuals on your shortlist; you will be able to study their full profiles in more detail. If you decide that you would like us to approach them on your behalf we will show them your full profile.
If at that stage the other party is equally interested – we will facilitate an exchange of email addresses or phone numbers. We would encourage some alternative initial contact before any actual meeting; again your safety and privacy are paramount.
Step 5
If the first stages of contact are positive and you are comfortable for things to progress; we will arrange a suitable time and place for you to meet the other party for coffee or similar. We always recommend a “coffee date” first as it has a limited time frame and minimal financial commitment so no one feels obliged or indebted. If coffee goes well then we can set up a further rendezvous on your behalf or you can take the lead and make your own arrangements.
Step 6
To help us help you and to ensure that we are providing what you want; we would very much appreciate some feedback on any date or meeting. We hope that everything goes perfectly but sometimes we might need to refine our “search” or make slight adjustments for next time. We will be on hand every step of the way to give you support and guidance if you feel you need it.
You are free to meet as many people as you like until we find someone for you. If there is no one on our register who fits your criteria; we can also advertise on your behalf in selected quality magazines or other media. We will create a bespoke advert for you specifying your requirements; we will contact your chosen publication and arrange everything for you. You will have the final say on ‘copy’ and we will keep you fully informed at every stage. This service will be provided at an additional cost.
How much does it cost?
You will benefit from the above service for a one-off non-returnable payment of £399.00. This will cover you for a period of six months after which time; you can pay to extend your “membership.” All additional services including the costs of advertising (below) will be charged separately and in addition to the £399.00.
